REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Passenger seat bolts and electrical connectors.
2. Trim panel push-in fasteners.
3. Pull up carpet. The lateral accelerometer mounting screws may be accessible between the front and rear carpet halves.
4. Lateral accelerometer screws and electrical connector.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Lateral accelerometer electrical connector.
2. Lateral accelerometer screws to 2.4 Nm (1.8 ft. lbs.)
3. Put back carpet.
4. Trim panel push-in fasteners.
5. Passenger seat bolts and electrical connectors.
