General Description

Indicator in the IPC notifies driver that the Electronic Brake/Traction Control Module
(EBTCM) has disabled the TCS.

Manually disabling the TCS will not activate this indicator.

Indicator is controlled by the IPC, with messages via serial data from the
EBTCM, no hard wires.
