Parking Brake Pedal: Service and Repair

Parking Brake Assembly:






REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Loosen cable at adjuster.
2. Front parking brake cable and housing at pedal assembly.
3. Vacuum hose from vacuum diaphragm.
4. Three pedal assembly attaching nuts.
5. Pedal assembly.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Pedal assembly and attaching nuts. Tighten Nuts to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).
2. Front parking brake cable and housing at pedal assembly.
3. Vacuum hose to vacuum diaphragm. Adjust Parking brake cable.
