Fuel Gauge Sender: Description and Operation

The IPC will display this message whenever a Class 2 serial data bus request is received from the PCM. This message indicates the PCM is seeing some combination of DTCs P0201 through P0208 (Fuel Injector Open or Shorted) or DTCs P0231 or P0232 (Fuel Pump Open or Shorted).
