Speed Display Higher Than Actual Speed

When the EEPROM option Byte #2 (Option B) is set for European Economic Community the speedometer tolerance is 0% to +8% of the Actual speed. To verify proper vehicle configuration, refer to "IPC Diagnostic Parameters," specifically IS02 (IPC EEPROM OPTION CONTENT).
