Speed Flashes at 121km/H (75 MPH)

When the EEPROM option Byte #2 (Option B) is set for Saudi Arabia the speedometer will flash if the vehicle speed is greater then 121 km/h (75 MPH). When the vehicle is traveling above 121 km/h (75 MPH) the display will continue to flash. The Actual vehicle speed will continue to be displayed. To verify proper vehicle configuration, refer to "IPC Diagnostic Parameters," specifically IS02 (IPC EEPROM OPTION CONTENT).
