TCC/ABS Switch (Upper) Replacement

Installing Brake Pedal Switches:






REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Upper switch, twist counter clockwise and remove.
2. Upper switch electrical connectors.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Upper switch electrical connectors.
2. Upper switch into upper retainer. With switch connector facing the 12 o'clock position, slide the switch into the retainer until the switch plunger is fully depressed into the switch barrel. Twist switch clockwise until travel has stopped. The switch connector will face the 2 o'clock position when the switch is in the fully locked position.

CAUTION: When installing the brake pedal switches it is very important that the brake pedal remain in the full up or at rest position when installing the brake pedal switches, or damage to the brake system and/or switch misadjustment may occur.
