EGR Valve Pipe Replacement

EGR Valve Pipe:

Removal Procedure

Notice: Numbers in text correspond to numbered components in image.

1. Remove bolt at water pump housing (3).

2. Raise and support the vehicle.

3. Remove the Crossover Exhaust Pipe. Refer to Exhaust System.

4. Remove the nut from Crossover Exhaust Pipe (5).

5. Remove the EGR Valve Pipe (6).

Installation Procedure
1. Install Crossover Exhaust Pipe.

2. Install EGR Pipe Nut to Crossover Exhaust Pipe (5). Tighten the EGR Pipe Nut to 60 Nm (44 lb ft).

3. Lower the vehicle.

4. Install bolt at waterpump housing (3). Tighten the waterpump housing bolt to 24 Nm (18 lb ft).
