Installation Procedure

Notice: Numbers in text correspond to numbered components in image.

Important: The mounting surface between support and dash panel must be free of insulation. The carpet and padding in the pedal area must be positioned to lay flat and be free of wrinkles and bunches.

Accelerator Controls Pedal:

1. Install the pedal clip retainer (3).

2. Install the washer (2).

3. Install the bushings (1).





4. Install the accelerator cable (1) from the accelerator pedal (2).

Important: Check for complete throttle opening and closing positions by operating accelerator pedal. Also check for poor carpet fit under the accelerator pedal. Throttle should operate freely without bind between full closed and wide open throttle.

5. Check for complete throttle opening and closing position.
