Throttle Body Disassembly

Throttle Body Exploded View:

Disassemble Procedure

Notice: Numbers in text correspond to numbered components in image.

1. Remove the Throttle Position (TP) Sensor attaching screws (3).

2. Remove the TP Sensor (2).

3. Remove the Idle Air Control (IAC) Valve attaching screws (4).

4. Remove the IAC Valve (1).

5. Clean the throttle body gasket surfaces.

Assemble Procedure
1. Install the IAC valve (1).

2. Install the TP Sensor (2).
