Brake Fluid Solenoid Valve Relay: Description and Operation

The Valve Relay provides power to all twelve valve solenoids in the Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (BPMV). The Pump Relay provides power to the pump motor during antilock braking or a traction event. Both relays are an integral part of the Electronic Brake/Traction Control Module (EBTCM) and are not serviced separately.
