Outside Set Temp Dash Message

"-" Displayed in Outside Temp
If the outside temperature sensor fails, "-" will be displayed in the outside temperature display on the IPC. This symptom will Also appear if serial data communications from the IPC to the Heater and A/C Programmer fail. This symptom should be diagnosed by retrieving and diagnosing the ACM or IPC serial data communication DTCs.
