Battery Message Diagnosis

The following messages turn on when abnormal system voltages are detected by the PCM or IPC.
^ BATTERY VOLTS LOW,
^ BATTERY VOLTS HIGH
^ BATTERY NO CHARGE
^ SERVICE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Refer to DIAGNOSTIC CODES, for code and message descriptions. A detailed description of each code and message may be found in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators for IPC codes and Engine Controls for Powertrain Control Module (PCM) codes.
