Front Suspension







REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Raise vehicle and support frame with jackstands.
2. Right side tire and wheel assembly.
3. Road sensing suspension position sensor from lower control arm.
4. Left and right stabilizer links using needle nose locking pliers to hold ball stud from turning.
5. Left and right bracket bolts, brackets, and insulators.
6. Exhaust pipe to manifold.
7. Stabilizer shaft.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Stabilizer shaft.
2. Exhaust pipe to manifold.
3. Left and right insulators with slits to rear of vehicle, brackets and loosely install bolts.
4. Left and right stabilizer links using Torx(R) bit or pliers to hold ball stud from turning while tightening nut.
^ Tighten:
- Bracket-to-frame bolts to 45 Nm (33 ft. lbs.).
- Stabilizer link nuts to 55 Nm (41 ft. lbs.).
5. Road sensing suspension position sensor to lower control arm.
6. Right side tire and wheel assembly. Tighten
^ Wheel nuts to 140 Nm (100 ft. lbs.).
7. Lower vehicle.
