Flex Plate: Service and Repair
REMOVAL 1.
Remove the transmission assembly.
CAUTION: Do not reuse the flywheel bolts.
2.
Remove eight mounting bolts and remove the
flywheel and the reinforcement.
INSTALLATION 1.
Position the
flywheel and the reinforcement to the crankshaft and install eight mounting bolts. Tighten the bolts to
15 Nm (11 lb ft)+ 50 degrees.
2.
Install the transmission assembly.
